Little Italy has an ample supply of cannoli bakeries to choose from & this one really made an impression. Not only was the selection vast, but the plain cannoli was amazingly creamy inside. The cream filling wasn't a light airy texture but seemed like it had cream cheese in it  making it a rich decadent dessert.

Good vibes. I ate my delicious tiramisu in 40 seconds. The sugar in it helped me release my inhibitions. I walked out unafraid to bless all of Italy with my flamboyant dancing and passionate singing.

I patronize this bakery nearly every time I'm in North Beach. So, as a nonlocal, I am relatively immune to the very high prices other reviews reference. As a retired business owner, I also recognize high labor costs, prime tourist area rents, and poor financial policies of the current government. So, if you want something nice in a prime area, you would be foolish to not expect to pay handsomely. Prices here exceed LV Strip. If I were a local on a budget, I would be researching other options.
But I am not. And enough about the cost.
An extensive variety of delicious bakery goods, Italian and otherwise, are, to me, about as good as it gets.
I ate my apricot danish the next day driving past Tonopah towards Vegas in the Nevada high desert. I would have, when finished, paid fifty dollars for another one right there and then.
